Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") define the conditions for using "Osarai" (the "Service") provided by Imasara Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.
Article 2 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
- Activities that violate laws or public order
- Uploading content that infringes copyrights or other intellectual property rights
- Activities that destroy or interfere with our servers or network functions
- Activities that may interfere with our service operations
- Other activities we deem inappropriate
Article 3 (Service Suspension)
We may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice to users due to system maintenance, natural disasters, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Article 4 (Copyright)
Users may only upload images, text, and other content for which they hold the necessary intellectual property rights or have obtained permission from the rights holders.
Article 5 (Disclaimer)
We do not expressly or impliedly warrant that the Service is free of defects. We shall not be liable for any damages arising to users from the Service.
Article 6 (Terms Changes)
We may change these Terms without notice to users when deemed necessary.
Article 7 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
