Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") define the conditions for using "TaskFlow" (the "Service") provided by Imasara Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). Users shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.
Article 2 (Registration)
Those who wish to use the Service shall register according to the method specified by us. We may refuse registration if the applicant falls under any of the following:
- Providing false information
- Applications from those who have violated these Terms
- Other cases where we deem registration inappropriate
Article 3 (Account Management)
Users shall manage their Service accounts under their own responsibility. Users may not transfer or lend their accounts to third parties under any circumstances.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the Service:
- Activities that violate laws or public order
- Activities related to criminal acts
- Activities that destroy or interfere with our servers or network functions
- Activities that may interfere with our service operations
- Collecting or storing personal information of other users
- Impersonating other users
- Activities that directly or indirectly benefit antisocial forces
- Other activities we deem inappropriate
Article 5 (Service Suspension)
We may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to users in the following cases:
- Maintenance or updates of our computer systems
- Force majeure events such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, power outages, or natural disasters
- Computer or communication line failures
- Other cases where we determine service provision is difficult
Article 6 (Copyright)
Users may only post or edit content for which they hold the necessary intellectual property rights or have obtained permission from the rights holders.
Article 7 (Withdrawal)
Users may withdraw from the Service at any time through the procedures we specify. User data will be deleted after a specified period following withdrawal.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
We do not expressly or impliedly warrant that the Service is free of defects. We shall not be liable for any damages arising to users from the Service.
Article 9 (Service Changes)
We may change or discontinue the Service without notice to users and shall not be liable for any damages arising to users from such changes.
Article 10 (Terms Changes)
We may change these Terms without notice to users when deemed necessary. Changed Terms shall take effect upon posting on our website.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
