Article 1 (Application)
These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") set forth the conditions for using "Waribiki Chokin" (hereinafter "the App") provided by the developer (hereinafter "we" or "us"). By downloading or using the App, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 2 (Service Description)
The App is an application for users to record and manage discount amounts from shopping as "savings." Main features include:
- Recording discount amounts (automatic calculation from original price and payment price, or from payment price and discount rate)
- Category-based recording (food, daily necessities, clothing, appliances, hobbies, others)
- Memo feature to record purchase details
- Check savings balance
- Record savings usage (rewards, self-investment, shopping, savings, others)
- Validation feature to prevent spending more than balance
Article 3 (Usage Fees)
The basic features of the App are available free of charge. However, we may add paid features (in-app purchases) in the future. When using paid features, users shall pay through the payment system of each app store (App Store, etc.).
Article 4 (In-App Purchases)
When using in-app purchases in the App, the following conditions apply:
- Payments are processed through each app store's payment system
- Refunds after purchase are subject to each app store's policy
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed. To cancel, please use the settings in each app store
- Prices may change without notice
Article 5 (Data Management)
All discount record data in the App is stored only on the user's device. We cannot access user discount record data. We assume no responsibility for data loss due to device loss, malfunction, app deletion, etc. Users are encouraged to back up important data themselves.
Article 6 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities when using the App:
- Copying, modifying, or reverse engineering the App
- Illegal activities using the App
- Activities that interfere with App operations
- Any other activities deemed inappropriate by us
Article 7 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or legitimate rights holders.
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the content, functionality, or quality of the App. We assume no responsibility for damages arising from the use of the App. The App is provided "as is" and does not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose or error-free operation.
Article 9 (Service Changes/Termination)
We may change or terminate the App without prior notice to users. We assume no responsibility for damages caused to users by service changes or termination.
Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)

Article 11 (Changes to Terms)
We may change these Terms without notice to users when deemed necessary. Revised Terms become effective upon posting within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after Terms changes constitutes agreement to the revised Terms.
Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with Japanese law. Any disputes arising from the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Supplementary Provisions
These Terms shall come into effect on January 17, 2025.
